Message from the President,
Hi to all.
2020 has been a challenging year for many, and our thoughts go out to those who have encountered struggles this past year. I promise at the dealership level that we will continue to do everything possible in providing you with a safe and great experience both in sales and service. We will continue to take the necessary steps in being a responsible and caring business.
We wanted to take this opportunity to wish all the very best during the Holiday Season and upcoming New Year.
We are, as I am sure all are, hopeful for 2021.
With 2021 in mind, I felt it was important to make our awesome customers aware of some news and what is upcoming.
This month we received some fantastic news regarding some of our Team Members here at the dealership.
Sales Professional Michael Bewick has been the top Winnipeg Mitsubishi Salesperson these past few years, and we just received news that Michael finished second in Western Canada as judged by Mitsubishi Canada in the Full Circle Sales Competition. Michael was scored against over 300 Sales People across Canada and finished in the top 10 for excellence in complete customer care and satisfaction.
We are so happy for Mike, and we know he and our Sales / Management Team will continue to provide our customers with a tremendous overall experience.
Service Advisor Nic Picicci has just been awarded for 2 years running the TOP Service Advisor in Canada as judged by Mitsubishi Canada. What an honour for Nic and our entire Service Team that work so hard after the sale to take care of our customers day in and day out. Nic was first eligible 3 years ago when in his first year he finished second and has now backed that impressive achievement with these past 2 years successes. Nic, we are so happy for you and know you will continue to set the bar for customer service excellence!
Finally, you will see some ABSOLUTELY EXICTING news upcoming for us in 2021, and more importantly, our customers. Please take a minute to read the “press release” that we have been permitted to share with our customers. We will follow up the information included with what we hope will be the opportunity to allow our customers to share in the February news release.
This is not only exciting for the future with new 2022 models arriving this spring, but it is also exciting for those considering a vehicle now or in the very near future. As I mentioned recently, our current offers on 2020 Mitsubishi’s are the BEST they have ever been as supported by our partner Mitsubishi.
